2.1 Matomo Web Analytics

We use Matomo for the statistical analysis of user behavior, without the use of cookies. The IP addresses of our visitors are fully anonymized. The collected data include:

  • Anonymized IP addresses
  • Time and duration of the website visit

  • Referring pages (referrer)
  • Used devices and browser types

These data are stored for a maximum of 12 months.

2.2 Google My Business, Bing Places, and Online Directories

Our company is present among other things on Facebook and Instagram to increase awareness of our services. Solupo only receives aggregated information about the reach of our posts and no direct personal data of individual users. 3. Hosting

Our website is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) by IONOS, located in Germany. A firewall protects against unauthorized access. In addition, IONOS provides various security features, including:

  • A firewall to prevent unauthorized intrusions
  • Regular data backups
  • Protection against DDoS attacks and continuous security monitoring

4. Form Data

We provide contact forms that allow you to submit your name, email address, and telephone number. These details are sent directly to our company via email and are used solely to process your inquiry, prepare offers, or schedule appointments. Once communication is complete, we store these data for up to 12 months.
